Aromatics Production
If you’re looking for a reliable naphtha reforming solution,
look to UOP’s CCR Platforming process. It is the most widely
used naphtha reforming process in the world, with over 200 units currently
in operation.
Aromatics are produced from a variety of different feedstocks, including petroleum
naphtha, LPG, condensate, and pyrolysis gasoline. UOP enables you to produce
aromatics from LPG using the Cyclar process, and from C6-C7 paraffins using the
RZ Platforming Process.
We offer the JGC/UOP Contaminant Removal process as an effective way to remove
mercury and arsenic from a variety of different feedstocks. The UOP Olefin Reduction
process enables you to remove trace olefins from the products of the CCR Platforming
process, as well as from other aromatic streams.
