Callidus Demountable Flare Systems provide easier maintenance without requiring plantwide shutdowns and better land use to save time and money.

The Demountable Flare System features a derrick with the risers mounted so that you can lower the flare burner to grade for service without the use of a crane. No personnel are required to climb the stack beyond the first riser, and you can service all risers and flare tips except the one in active service.

Demountable derrick structures can easily support future expansion efforts by providing extra space for additional risers. Placing multiple risers on a single derrick structure maximizes land usage by greatly reducing the total amount of plot space needed for flaring.
